Owners don't speak much English. So I told em make me anything! Needless to say it was awesome. Typical local Japanese food. Only seafood style dishes if I'm not mistaken. So good!
MoreIn addition to Nagasaki Champon, which has a nostalgic taste, the simple ramen that I ate at a food stall when I was a child had a gentle taste that made me want to go again.
MoreNagasaki Champon ¥800This is a stable taste like Nagasaki Champon. The middle-thick noodles are satisfying to eat, and the fillings fill the stomach with cabbage, sprouts, mushrooms, and paste. It also contains shrimp and clams, so the salty soup spreads out and is delicious.
MoreIt is a small shop with 9 seats around the L-shaped counter surrounding the kitchen.Three elderly couples and Mr. Segare cut it up.The shopkeeper is cooking"I'm working hard, so please wait a moment"With this one word, the place will be confused.I also won Tonneruzu's three-star Kitanashran.I ordered Nagasaki Champon and half fried rice for 1100 yen.The half-fried rice looked light, but it was well seasoned and punched. Since the amount is also in the cage, there was one person. It was an important champon, but unfortunately there was some resistance to the taste of seafood soup because I had only eaten Ringer Hut champon. However, the atmosphere of the customer service and the store is good, so when I come to Sancha, I would like to visit again.
MoreA store with the atmosphere of the Showa era, and a shop where seats are prepared by elderly couples, with seats only at the counter with the season. When I ordered a large plate of udon udon, it came out amazing. I had eaten till the end. it was delicious!
MoreI liked it because I like its light taste! To put it simply, the soup is easy to drink and you can arrange it yourself with chili oil or vinegar. To put it badly, the taste has no core. But I'm a light-hearted person, so I liked it at all (laughs), but I prefer noodles that are a little harder. . .
MoreGood
Udon and champon are very delicious. Both have a large amount of vegetables and I think the balance between the ingredients and the noodles is very good. The flavor is flavorless and timeless. There is also a simmered motu, and there are many customers who call it a set meal.It is a recommended shop.
MoreChampon's shop in Sancha. It seems to have been introduced in Kitanaschran.Choice of Nagasaki Champon. The chief general was prepared in the back and made me like a Chinese-like fat Anchan. It arrived in about 5 minutes. Many ingredients, mainly vegetables! The soup has a light taste, contrary to the color appearance. But I can eat it.I'm interested in the night menu, and I'm also concerned about the fried rice eaten by the next person
MoreIt's refreshing, but it's gutsy! The satisfaction and exhilaration after finishing eating may be due to the persistent soup and the soup with a solid vegetable taste.I usually get angry with the oil of ramen, but I feel quite well and I'm convinced that there are many repeaters.
MoreIt is a famous store of Sangenjaya as a Kitanashran certified store. The honest service of the shop owner can feel the honest daily activities of this shop.It seems to have a history of over 30 years, but the transparent soup with a hint of seafood is like tanmen...It's completely different from the champon you eat at Nagasaki, but it has evolved into a taste that can be accepted in Tokyo over the past 30 years.Sangenjaya Nagasaki's champon is established here.Is delicious.
